What kind of multi-vitamin should a person with rhuemetoid arthritis take?

like what brand and should some extra vitamin D be taken with it? how much Vitamin D should a person age 30 with artritis take daily?

Can’t take anti inflamatory meds. Besides them and narcotic meds, is there anything else that helps?
